How to Create a New Help Desk Ticket
To create a new technology help desk ticket, first log-in using your existing network username and password and fill out the form. Make sure you include your room number and a way to contact you such as a cell phone number. The help desk system will automatically assign your request to the correct technician based on your specific need or request.
If you have any outstanding or pending technology needs, even if you just called the Technology Department yesterday, please take a minute to call us again and get a new ticket in our system. You will get automatic email updates as to the status of your ticket at any time by logging in as described above.
Please note: Helpdesk is only available to staff logged into the AESD network at district worksites.
