Gina Schmitz has been an educator for more than 25 years. She has served in the capacity of a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, district director of grants and principal. Schmitz recieved a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from St. Ambrose University and recieved graduate degrees in Educational Media and Technology from Arizona State University and Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. In her free time, she enjoys serving the the community through volunteering. 

"Schools are the heart of the community. Working together, we will make a difference in the life of each child, academically, socially and emotionally," says Schmitz. 

Sarah Rose has served as an educator in Phoenix and Glendale for 14 years. She has served as a middle school language arts teacher, new teacher mentor, professional development specialist and achievement advisor. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Gettysburg College, a master's degrees in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University.
