Notice is hereby given pursuant to A.R.S. 15-905(E)(1) that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., at the Avondale Elementary School District Office located at 295 W. Western Avenue, Avondale, AZ 85323, in the Executive Conference Room.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the 2024 proposed budget to the community and obtain public comment regarding the revisions. Community members may share their thoughts on the proposed budget by completing a Request to Address the Board form and presenting it to the Superintendent prior to the start of the Board meeting.

The Governing Board will take action on the proposed budget during the Regular Governing Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
