We are always interested in locating outstanding vendors with quality products.  If you would like to register with Avondale Elementary School District, please submit a Vendor Registration Application and W-9 Form.

Purchase Order Information

A purchase order issued by the Avondale Elementary School District Purchasing Department is the only valid procurement contract for our school district. Until such time that a purchase order has been issued, your firm has not contracted with the Avondale Elementary School District.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-503, any Board member or employee of the District who has, or whose relative has, a substantial interest in any contract, sale, purchase, service, or decision of the District is required to file a conflict of interest statement and refrain from voting upon or otherwise participating in any manner as an officer or employee in such contract, sale or purchase.
